The revamped Tennis Victoria Premier League has announced an international partnership with PlayReplay, bringing Electronic Line Calling (ELC) technology down under to elevate competition and deliver a premium experience for players and fans.
Taking place at the Frankston Centenary Tennis Club from 11–13 December 2026, the new-look Premier League features a blockbuster three-day State vs State format with a $100,000 prize pool on the line. The competition will see Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia go head-to-head, led by respected Australian tennis icons including Casey Dellacqua (NSW Captain) and John Millman (Queensland Captain).
Elevating Competition with Intelligent Court Tech
Integrating PlayReplay’s World Tennis Silver-certified system brings professional-grade accuracy, real-time line calling, and advanced performance tracking to the event, supporting Tennis Victoria's ambition to create a bigger, bolder, and more compelling competition.
PlayReplay CEO Hans Lundstam highlighted the significance of bringing ELC to Australia:
"We’re thrilled to partner with Tennis Victoria to bring PlayReplay Electronic Line Calling to the Premier League, helping elevate the competition and raise the standard of play. Tennis Victoria shares our ambition to push the game forward, and together we’re building a platform that champions fair play and innovation, with Victoria at the heart of tennis in Australasia."
Tennis Victoria CEO Kim Kachel added:
"Our partnership with PlayReplay is another exciting step forward. Their technology is already changing the game at grassroots and elite levels around the world, and we're proud to bring it to the Premier League. It's an exciting innovation for Victorian Tennis."
Expanding the Global Footprint
This partnership expands PlayReplay’s international footprint into Australasia, joining a global network of major federation and tour partners including the USTA, Tennis Canada, the German Tennis Federation (DTB), the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), and Pickleball Inc.
