Hey there!

At PlayReplay, we are revolutionizing tennis with our innovative Electronic Line Calling (ELC) system, and we're looking for a talented Senior Flutter Developer to join our team. Our mobile team builds the experience that puts our line-calling technology, replays, and player insights directly into the hands of players, coaches, and umpires — and as a senior member of that team, you'll help lead the way we design, build, and grow it.

In this role, you will help design, develop, and deliver cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android from a single Dart codebase. You will work closely with our backend, hardware, and product teams to turn real-time match data into a fast, reliable, and delightful mobile experience — on court, courtside, and beyond. You'll also help set technical direction for the mobile app as it grows and mentor other engineers on the team.

Your work will directly shape how players relive their best points, how coaches review match data, and how umpires get instant, accurate line calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Several years of proven experience building and shipping production mobile apps with Flutter and Dart, ideally including senior or lead responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of state management (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, GetX) and mobile app architecture at scale.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, or other real-time data sources into mobile apps.
• Strong familiarity with native iOS/Android tooling and the app store release process.
• Familiarity with React and Three.js is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, including mentoring more junior engineers.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• A passion for technology and a desire to contribute to the future of sports innovation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in mobile development (2+ years specifically with Flutter).
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Deep understanding of complex data representation and mobile app architecture.
• Proven experience delivering and maintaining production-level apps.
• Excellent communication skills in English or Swedish.
• Familiarity with Firebase, MongoDB, or Python is a plus.

Who You Are

At PlayReplay, we value creativity, innovation, and a passion for making a difference. As a senior member of a small, dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to help shape the direction of the product and be a key contributor to the success of the company. You'll work on exciting projects that have a direct impact on the tennis world, all while enjoying a flexible and supportive work environment. If you're looking to push the boundaries of mobile technology in sports and make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!
